Management Team

Shahar is an electro-optics expert with vast experience in the fields of combined electro-optics systems, detection/IR systems and lasers. He led Rail Vision’s Research and Development department for 5 years, before being appointed its CEO. Previously, Shahar held the position as senior system engineering at Rayteq Photonic Solutions, Elop/Elbit and Bird Aerosystems. He has a B.Sc. in Physics and Electro-optics Engineering from JCT (Jerusalem College of Technology) and a M.Sc. in electro-optics engineering from Ben-Gurion University.

Ofer brings more than 15 years of experience in accounting and financial management at KPMG’s audit practice and in numerous financial and accounting roles at public companies traded in Israel and the US. He holds a B.A. in Accounting and Business from The College of Management Academic Studies and a M.A. in Law from Bar-Ilan University.

Zachi brings managerial experience of more than 17 years in both the High-Tech sector and traditional industries in various service and operation roles. He holds a B.A. in Management and M.B.A in Business Administration from the Open University of Israel.
