
Mark Cleobury is a senior executive in the rail industry, currently serving as Senior Vice President of Knorr-Bremse's Rail Systems Division.
Of his over 40 years experience in the Rail sector, he has been for more than 20 years in various leadership roles at Knorr-Bremse having previously held sales and leadership positions at other companies in the rail industry. He is considered a valuable asset for Rail Vision due to his extensive experience in the railway business.

Shmuel (Sam) Donnerstein has been an entrepreneur and industrialist for over four decades. Over the past 18 years, Sam started and led manufacturing companies which serve the construction sector in Israel, Europe, and Central America. Currently he serves as owner and Executive Chairman of the Rav Bariach Group, one of the world’s largest manufacturer of security doors. In addition, Sam is on the board of directors of Scoutcam (OTCMKTS:SCTC). He held several positions on the Manufacturers’ Association of Israel including the Chairman of its Education Committee. In 2014, Sam was awarded the Industry Prize from the Manufacturers’ Association of Israel for his lifelong contribution to innovation and development of advanced technologies in the Israeli construction sector.

Mr. Yoresh is a seasoned executive with over 15 years of executive and financial management experience, mainly with companies from the financial, technology and industrial sectors. Prior to joining Foresight, Mr. Yoresh served as the CEO of Tomcar Global Holdings Ltd. Mr. Yoresh holds a BA in Management and Accounting and MA in Law studies.

Maximilian (Max) Eichhorn is globally responsible for the Knorr-Bremse Rail business with Digital Products & Services. Before joining Knorr-Bremse he was working 13 years with Siemens Mobility, among other roles as Global Head of Strategy & Business Development, Global Head of IT Solutions for Railways and as Country CEO in Australia and New Zealand. Before that Max worked seven years for the predecessor of Siemens Advanta Consulting supporting clients mainly in the Rail Transportation, Building Technologies and Healthcare industries. He started his professional career in the construction supply industry. Max graduated as an electrical engineer from the Technical University of Vienna, Austria, and holds a Ph.D. in Logistics from the Georg-August-University of Göttingen, Germany. He is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Mrs. Inbal Kreiss, one of our Director Nominees, currently the Head of Innovation at the Systems, Missiles and Space Division of the Israeli Aerospace Industries Ltd. (IAI) and Chairwoman of RAKIA, Israel’s 2nd Scientific and Technological Mission to the International Space Station. Since 2013, Mrs. Kreiss has served as Deputy Director of the Space Division at IAI, leading the development, construction, launch and operation of observation and communication satellites for both Israeli and foreign users. Prior to that, Mrs. Kreiss held various leadership positions within IAI, including chief engineer of Israel’s Arrow 2 anti-ballistic missile defense system from 2000 to 2006, and project manager of the Arrow 3 exo-atmospheric interceptor from 2007 to 2013. Mrs. Kreiss holds a B.Sc in chemical engineering from the Technion, Israeli Institute of Technology, an Executive Masters in Business Administration from Tel Aviv University, and completed a visiting research fellowship at the Aeronautics & Astronautics Department of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT).

Mr. Daskal, one of our Director Nominees, serves as the President of Israel-Canada Chamber of Commerce since2013. From 2003-2019, Mr Daskal established Bombarider Israel, working as Chief Country Representative, Project Manager, Financing & Head of Sales. Prior to that, Mr. Daskal was a General Manager of ChemitronTechnologies from 1999 to 2003. Since 2021, he is the Chairman of the Board of Directors and the Director of the finance Committee of the Tel Aviv Museum of Art. Mr. Daskal has a Bachelor of Arts in Mediterranean and Arabic History Science and Master of Art in Political Science and completing a PhD in Decision-Making from Haifa University.

Mr. Adler, CPA, has been nominated to serve as our Director by the Board on May 2022, subject to and effective as of the approval of our annual shareholders meeting. Mr. Adler currently serves as the chief executive officer and chief financial officer of SciSparc Ltd. Mr. Adler has served as SciSparc’s chief financial officer since April 2018 and as its chief executive officer since January 2022. Prior to that, from September 2017 until March 2018, he served as the VP Finance of SciSparc. From December 2020 to April 2021, Mr. Adler served as the chief financial officer of Medigus Ltd. Mr. Adler also worked in the audit department of Kost Forer Gabbay & Kasierer, a member of Ernst & Young Global between December 2012 and August 2017. Additionally, Mr. Adler currently serves on the board of directors of numerous private and publicly traded companies, including Elbit Imaging Ltd. (TASE: EMITF), Clearmind Medicine Inc. (CSE: CMND) (OTC: CMNDF) (FSE:CWY), Jeffs’ Brands Ltd., Polyrizon Ltd. and Charging Robotics Ltd. Mr. Adler is a certified public accountant in Israel and holds a B.A. degree in Accounting and Business Management from The College of Management, Israel. We believe that Mr. Adler is qualified to serve on our board of directors because of his diverse business, management, and leadership experience.
